MILITARY CHILDREN SCHOOL RESIDENCY WAIVER: HB53

Allows public school enrollment prior to the arrival of the student in Alaska for active duty military and National Guard members. A parent or guardian of the student shall provide to the school district written proof of residence in the state within 30 days of the student's first day of attendance in the school district.
