ALSDE Military Spouse Educator Certification:

The AL State Dept of Education (ALSDE) provides a courtesy expedited application review to active duty military personnel and their spouses. Alabama professional educator certification is offered on the basis of valid professional educator certificates issued by other states, territories, or DoD Education Activity. AL Superintendents may request temporary licenses on behalf of their employees for up to 4 years.
