To provide and adopt the Cosmetology Licensure Compact to allow licensed cosmetologists to practice pursuant to a multistate license among compact states in a limited manner; to provide eligibility requirements for licensed cosmetologists to practice cosmetology pursuant to the compact; to provide for a coordinated licensure information system, joint investigations, and disciplinary actions; to establish the Cosmetology Licensure Compact Commission;
