Serice Member and Spouse Licensure: HB-1723

This bill amends Arkansas Code Title 17 (Professions, Occupations, and Businesses), Subtitle 1 (Professions Generally), Chapter 1 (General Provisions), Section 106 regarding Licensure, certification, or permitting of active duty service members, returning military veterans and spouses. It directs that an application for licensure or certification shall consider the applicant's education, training and experience.
