Child Custody (Electronic Testimony, Expedite Hearing, Temporary order, Visitation)
This bill initially drafted by the Uniformed Law Commission was enacted into the 2015 Arkansas Code, Title 9 (Family Law), Subtitle 2 (Domestic Relations). Chapter 21. It addresses the unique aspects of military service when balancing equities involved in decisions about child custody and visitation rights in situations which require Service Members to be separated from their families due to mobilization, deployment or temporary duty.
