An Act Concerning Veterans Affairs: SB-917

Public Act 127 of 2017, Section 15(g)(8) requires the Department of Children and Families to include military law enforcement authorities under the United States Department of Defense in the list of federal law enforcement authorities required to receive Department records pertaining to neglect or abuse of a child for purposes of investigating (A) an allegation related to child abuse or neglect, or (B) an allegation that an individual made a false report of suspected child abuse or neglect.
