Military Registration as a Member or Spouse through the Servicemember Civil Relief Act:

Effective January 5, 2023, Congress added a new provision to the SCRA that allows servicemembers and their spouses to use their professional licenses and certificates when they relocate due to military orders, in certain circumstances. Qualified military member and their spouses will be practicing in Delaware will receive an automatic license through the duration of their stay if they apply for a Military Registration through SCRA. Beyond the duration of your permanent station of relocation orders, an application is required, however Delaware's state law already issues state licenses to military spouses within 30 days of an application upon receipt of an affidavit.
