Child Abuse and Neglect Reporting: HB 181

Delaware Code Title 16, Chapter 9, Section 903(a) Requires any person, agency, organization or entity who knows or in good faith suspects child abuse or neglect shall make a report to the Division of Family Services; or the Child Abuse and Neglect Report Line. There is a statewide memorandum of understanding between the Department and Dover Air Force Base that details procedures for sharing of information regarding any report involving a military-connected family.
