Application has a box to mark for military spouses or transitioning service members. Requirements for the boards are not the easiest to find because they must go to each individual board�s rules to find the provisions for military spouses and service members. While a majority of boards list the expedited license (some have temporary licenses) in their board rules, a few still do not mention them at all.
