In State Tuition Continuation and Advance Enroll: HB 1091

1) Provides a waiver of the residency requirements for enrollment at public school if a parent of the student is pending transfer to a military installation within Indiana on active duty pursuant to an official orders (Section 9). \n2) Provides spouses and dependents of active duty military eligibility for resident tuition rate from date the state educational institution accepts the spouse or dependent for enrollment in the state educational institution (Section 12).
