Child Abuse and Neglect Reporting: HB 768

If the Louisiana Department of Children and Family Services receives a report of alleged child abuse or neglect through the designated state child protection reporting hotline and determines the person is an active duty member or spouse, they will report an investigation to the United States Department of Defense Family Advocacy Program at the closest active duty military installation.
