DPL Licensing Benefits for Active Duty Military, Relocated Military Spouses:
Licensure Evaluation (Accessibility)
The Division of Professional Licensure (DPL) is pleased to offer licensing benefits to relocated military spouses, and veterans pursuant to the Veterans� Access, Livelihood, Opportunity and Resources Act(VALOR Act) and the new VALOR Act II, signed into law on April 3, 2014. DPL expedites the licensure process for military spouses who are licensed in other states and have left employment there to accompany a spouse relocated to the Commonwealth due to a military transfer.
