Pursuant to Chapter 101 of the Maine Unified Special Education Regulation Birth to Age 20 (MUSER) the State Educational Agency mut ensure a 30-calendar-day resolution period is met, a final decision is reached in the hearing; and a copy of the decision is mailed to the parents.
