Enhanced Military Spouse License Portability
This law requires all Maine boards, commissions and agencies to issue professional and occupational licenses to qualified veterans, spouses of qualified veterans, domestic partners of qualified veterans, active duty service members, spouses of active duty service members and domestic partners of active duty service members upon receipt of an application. It requires that the individual hold a license in another jurisdiction in good standing to qualify for licensure.
