Military Spouse Licensure Policy Implementation:
Enhanced Initiatives Spouse Licensure
http://www.legislature.mi.gov/documents/2013-2014/publicact/htm/2014-PA-0149.htm \n\nM.C.L.A. 339.213 which became effective in 2014, requires occupational licensing board to provide military spouses a license who have a current license, provide proof of marriage to a Service member assigned to a duty station in Michigan, and pass a criminal background check. This temporary license is valid for six months and may be renewed.
