HB 1341

HB 1341 allows active duty parents (or guardians) the option to enroll and attend a school district and school campus of their choice, regardless of the residence of their child. A school district can deny a transfer in situations in which there is no longer capacity to accept a new student. Families are responsible for providing transportation.
