Revise occupations and education laws for military license reciprocity: HB 583

Requires the Superintendent of Public Instruction, licensing boards, and programs to issue a certificate or license to military members, military spouses, and veterans if they hold a substantially equivalent license in good standing from another state. Allows for temporary licensure while completing Montana specific requirements. Provides for military training or experience to be considered for licensure. Exempts activated military personnel from certain licensure requirements.
