General Mileage Reimbursement Awards:

This rule implements the provision set forth in N.H. Rev. Stat. Ann. § 21-M:8-b through N.H. Rev. Stat. Ann. § 21-M:8-l and authorizes reimbursement for mileage for crime-related health care appointments, court, meeting with prosecutors and advocates.
