Medicaid Waivers:

The Division of Developmental Disabilities, Department of Human Services (Division), establishes guidelines and criteria for determination of eligibility for services to individuals with developmental disabilities. New Jersey Administrative Code Title 10 (Human Services), Section 10:46-2.2(f) states: For individuals applying for services whose guardian is in the U.S. military service, residency may be established when the guardian can produce permanent change of station orders to New Jersey.
