Interstate Distance Education Act: SB-446

Authorizes the New Mexico Higher Education Department to enter into an agreement for the western interstate commission for higher education to administer and New Mexico to participate in a state authorization reciprocity agreement that provides uniform standards and parameters for the interstate provision of post-secondary distance education courses and programs.
