AB 185

This bill requires the superintendent of a school district or governing body of a charter school or university school to accommodate a pupil who plans to leave the school during the school year because of a documented pending military transfer of the parent or legal guardian of the pupil, to include assisting the pupil to complete the requirements for the current school year through a program of distance education, if such program is available.
