Nevada Remote Driver's License and Vehicle Registration Process:

Nevada has multiple renewal options for all applicants, for both driver's licenses and vehicle registrations. If required, out-of-state applicants may submit a passing smog check if the area in which they live requires testing. If testing is not required in the location in which the vehicle is presently located, applicants may submit an Emission Control Exemption Affidavit form.
