An act to amend the education law, in relation to advance enrollment of military-connected students: A6528

Thanks to a law crafted by Assemblyman Ed Braunstein and Senator James Skoufis, military-connected children whose parent or guardian is being relocated to New York under military orders shall be deemed to be a resident pupil of a school district they will be attending for the purposes of enrollment.
