RELATING TO BUSINESSES AND PROFESSIONS -- COUNSELING COMPACT: HB 7141

Rhode Island became the 37th state to adopt the Counseling Compact after Gov. McKee signed HB 7141 into law. The Counseling Compact provides continuity of care, reduces regulatory burdens on licensed professionals and enhances employment access for military spouses.
