Occupational licensing for Military Spouses: SB 1200

Recognizes a military spouse's out-of-state license for the duration of their military members' assignment but no more than three years and waives fees. The state agency that issues a license must identify the jurisdictions that have licensing requirements that are substantially equivalent to Texas.
