State Authorization Reciprocity Agreement: SB-1470

The Texas Education Code is amended by establishing a state authorization reciprocity agreement among other states regarding the delivery of postsecondary distance learning courses that establishes comparable standards for the provision of distance education by public or private degree-granting postsecondary educational institutions in each of the states covered by the agreement.
