Child Care Background Checks: SB-1496

Amends the Texas Human Resources Code relating to background checks conducted by the Department of Family and Protective Services for child-care providers who work in a child-care facility, listed or registered family home, group day-care home, day-care center, before-school or after-school program or school age program.
