Military Service Member Child Enrollment: SB 233

This bill expands access to existing open enrollment options for military children in Utah by allowing students to remain in their current school placement despite a change of residence through the end of the school year for students grades K-10 and until graduation for students in grades 11-12. The bill also provides priority consideration for military students who apply for open enrollment.
