Acceptance of retrocession-federal military installations.: SF 0015

This act authorizes the Governor to accept in writing on behalf of the state full or partial retrocession of jurisdiction over any military reservations and lands previously ceded to the United States, including F.E. Warren Air Force Base, where such retrocession has been offered by the appropriate federal authority.
