Military Affairs Final Legislation
Establishes an Alaska Military Affairs Commission which will support and enhance the relationship between the military and the State of Alaska including recommending methods to improve private and public employment opportunities for the families of current and former members of the military and assist and advise communities and the state in the design and execution of programs that enhance communities' relationships with installations of the armed forces...including in the areas of public school education, in-state higher education and training, cultural and recreational community assets, and housing and energy affordability.
