Emergency Medical Services Licensure Compact Final Legislation
Bill provides for temporary licensure of an out-of-hospital emergency care provider relocating to Nebraska, if such out-of-hospital emergency care provider is lawfully authorized to practice in another state that has adopted the licensing standards of the EMS Personnel Licensure Interstate Compact. Such temporary licensure shall be valid for one year or until a license is issued and shall not be subject to renewal. The requirements of this subdivision do not apply to a temporary license issued.

Nurse Licensure Compact Final Legislation
A military spouse may apply for a license under the Nurse\nPractice Act if he or she: Holds a license from another jurisdiction, the licensure requirements of such other jurisdiction meet or exceed the requirements for the type of licensure requested under the Nurse Practice Act, the license is current, valid, and not subject to discipline by the agency which issued the license, and the license demonstrates competency commensurate to the license requested as prescribed.

Physical Therapy License Compact (PTLC) privilege is the authorization granted by a remote state to allow a licensee from another member state to practice as a physical therapist or work as a physical therapist assistant in the remote state under its laws and rules.
