Exempts family child care providers licensed by one of the military services or by the Coast Guard from the Oklahoma Child Care Facilities Licensing Act. Note the Oklahoma Department of Human Services, responsible for child care licensing, has stated certifications completed by the military services or by the Coast Guard are equivalent to the licensing requirements in the state of Oklahoma.

The Oklahoma Open Enrollment Education Act (70 O.S. § 8-101.1 though § 8-113) states "Students who are the dependent children of a member of the active uniformed military services of the United States on full-time active duty status and students who are the dependent children of a member of the military reserve on active duty orders shall be eligible for admission to the school district of their choice regardless of the capacity of the district." SB 1345 updated the definition of armed forces in appropriate OK statutes to be inclusive of the United States Space Force.
