Per Wyoming homeschool law (WY Stat § 21-4-102) there is no requirement to submit curriculum to the local school district. A homeschool entity must comply with the requirements of a “basic academic educational program,” defined as one that provides a sequentially progressive curriculum of fundamental instruction in reading, writing, mathematics, civics, history, literature and science. A homeschool entity must meet in person with a school district counselor or administrator to provide written consent to the withdrawal of that child from school attendance. If the student has never attended public school in the district, this registration is not required. There are no other requirements per Wyoming Home School Freedom Act.

Wyoming Statutes § 21-4-506 Wyoming school districts must allow resident students who are not enrolled full-time (such as homeschooled or private school students) to participate in official high school activities, as long as the student is not suspended or expelled. Participation is subject to these conditions: The student must pay any official fees required by the Wyoming High School Activities Association (WHSAA). The school may charge a participation fee, but it cannot be more than the fee charged to full-time students. No tuition or other extra fees can be charged. The student must follow all the same rules and policies as any other student participating in the activity.
