A bill authorizing Wyoming to enter into the Recognition of EMS Personnel Licensure Interstate Compact. Allows Wyoming EMS professionals to practice in other Compact states and allows other Compact state EMS professionals to practice in Wyoming.

The Counseling Compact is an interstate compact, or a contract among states, allowing professional counselors licensed and residing in a compact member state to practice in other compact member states without need for multiple licenses.

This bill adopts the Nurse Licensure Compact for Wyoming. Entering into the Compact allows nurses licensed in one compact state, including Wyoming, to\nexercise a multi-state licensure privilege in other states that are a party to the Compact.

The purpose of the compact is to facilitate interstate practice of occupational therapy with the goal of improving public access to occupational therapy services while preserving the regulatory authority of states to protect public health and safety through the current system of state licensure.

PSYPACT is an occupational licensure interstate compact designed to allow licensed psychologists to practice of telepsychology and conduct temporary in-person face-to-face practice of psychology across state boundaries legally and ethically without necessitating that an individual become licensed in every state to practice.

Wyoming Statutes § 21-4-506 Wyoming school districts must allow resident students who are not enrolled full-time (such as homeschooled or private school students) to participate in official high school activities, as long as the student is not suspended or expelled. Participation is subject to these conditions: The student must pay any official fees required by the Wyoming High School Activities Association (WHSAA). The school may charge a participation fee, but it cannot be more than the fee charged to full-time students. No tuition or other extra fees can be charged. The student must follow all the same rules and policies as any other student participating in the activity.
